RegRisk – Implementation support by Riskpartner
Two ways are possible:
- Driven by the bank: the bank does neatly everything; Riskpartner gives descriptions and specification, validates and helps when needed
- Driven by Riskpartner: Bank only delivers the data and provides the final user; Risk Partner makes project management and implements the system, sets up reconciliation, makes knowledge transfer and runs several first reporting together with the bank.
Individualised implementation schemes between the 2 extremes are discussed with the customer.
